Charlesworth continue to fail to honour warranty
Having promised to mirror the Manufacturer´s warranty, they are still refusing to do so. I put the vehicle in for repair estimate, I send them a fax/email/letter with the estimate, I ask them to please pay for the repairs as per the promiused warranty. I hear nothing! Looks like I need to issue a CCJ against them every time I need a repair. Absolute madness! Be extremely careful of all these companies which seem to be linked: Charlesworths, US Car Support T/A Auto Direct Import, VDS Automotive, Global Car Source.
